Rental Policies

Mileage

Included Mileage: 150 miles per day
Additional Mileage Charge: $0.25 per mile

Fuel

Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Failure to do so will result in a refueling fee of $25 plus fuel costs.

Water Damage

Optional Damage Waiver is available at $15 per day.
If declined, Renter assumes full financial responsibility for all damage, loss, theft, towing, storage, and loss of use, regardless of fault.

Insurance &
Liability

Renter confirms possession of valid auto insurance. Renter is responsible for all deductibles, claims, injuries, and property damage arising during the rental period.

Prohibited Use:

Vehicle may not be used for:

• Illegal activities

• Racing or speed contests

• Towing or pushing

• Off-road use

• Rideshare or delivery services

• Use by unauthorized drivers

Smoke & Marijuana

Smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Violation will result in a cleaning and odor removal fee of $250.

Late Fees

Late returns will be charged $25 per hour or a full additional rental day, whichever is greater.
